  • Fall 2018 – Project organization and resourcing, development of Product Management Team and Subject Matter Expert group
  • Fall 2018 –  Development of functional requirements and roadmap for MVP representing initial go-live needs of participating libraries, including discovery and delivery
  • Architectural analysis, identification of platform concept and development environment  — COMPLETE
  • Establishment of initial development team; establishment of communications channels and initial development backlog  — COMPLETE
  • Initial technical prototype of decentralized fulfillment engine  — COMPLETE
  • OpenURL responder to provide baseline discovery layer integration for testing  — COMPLETE
  • Initial scoping of shared index  — COMPLETE
